The energy performance certificate is a document specifying the energy performance of residential buildings.


Thanks to this clear and concise document, prospective buyers and tenants are able to evaluate and compare different properties offered on the market in terms of energy consumption.


For residential buildings, three classes are listed on the energy performance certificate:


  • energy performance class
  • the thermal insulation class
  • environmental performance class
  • It's on the environmental performance class that we have decided to base our commission scale on.


    One way for our agency to reward environmentally friendly homes, encourage the maintenance and renovation of buildings And to actively contribute to the preservation of the planet.

This table specifies the agency commission rate applied in accordance with the environmental performance class of the property.

If you are selling/renting a new, recent or renovated property with improved energy performance, giving it an excellent or very good energy performance rating, we are committed to offering you a reduced commission rate.


OR


WITH FEES PAYABLE BY THE BUYER/TENANT

OR WITH COMMISSION SHARING


Tenants or buyers who choose a property with excellent or very good energy performance will automatically benefit from our reduced fees.

V&GA environmentally friendly is as follows:

Sale

Fees are calculated according to the table above under an exclusive mandate + 17% VAT for any transaction.

Renting a property

The agency fees for the rental amount to one month's rent plus 17% VAT. They are payable by the tenant unless otherwise specified in the advertisement.

Rental management

The fees for rental management amount to 5% + VAT 17% of the annual rent for basic management (collection, administrative follow-up).

Current situation

The agency fees for the inventory of fixtures amount to 100 euros + 17% VAT. They are payable by the party who commissioned the agency.
The inventory of fixtures is not charged if a mandate for the rental has been signed.
